⤷ Please note that the rate may change depending on the prevailing exchange rate on the day of purchase.

Payment Terms

⤷ By joining the pasabuy, you are committing to purchase your selected item(s) once secured.
⤷ This applies even in cases of change of mind, personal circumstances, financial difficulties, or failure to complete payment.Unpaid balances will remain the buyer's responsibility.

Item Availability & Purchasing

⤷ We will do our best to purchase the requested items, but we cannot guarantee availability, quantity, or specific variants.
⤷ Store purchase limits, sold-out items, or other restrictions imposed by the venue are beyond our control.
⤷ If an item cannot be secured, the corresponding amount paid for that item will be refunded or credited accordingly

Japan Pop-Up Store Conditions
⤷ Buyers acknowledge that this is an offline pasabuy, meaning purchases will be made physically at the store.
⤷ Any changes in store policies, purchase limits, POB mechanics, item availability, or other conditions imposed by the organizer/store will be followed.
⤷ We are not responsible for changes or restrictions implemented by the store or event organizers.
