Terms & Conditions

☆ In the event that your orders are damaged or lost after shipping, I will no longer be held responsible. However, I am willing to assist in communicating with the courier service if needed.

☆ Production errors or damages are non-refundable.Shipping Days are Tuesdays, Thursdays & Friday/Saturday only.

☆ Depending on the volume of orders, submissions made from Thursday onwards will be shipped within the following week.

☆ Tracking Numbers will be sent via email.

☆ No rush shipping. Kindly note that I’m personally managing all aspects of this shop, from posting GOs and verifying payments to responding to inquiries and packing orders (single or combined).

To set proper expectations, packing and processing may take about 5–14 business days, depending on order volume.
